In your opinion, what are the top 2 or 3 things to be put in notes of a player? I have never been a note taker before. Thanks

For me the most important note is the style of play (donkey/nitty/fish)

I think the most relevant note is whether you've caught them bluffing on a particular street. You may find them making a similar bet in future hand. Gives you a better insight to possible bluffs.

1. Play soft and save until you see what style off playing do other players have. A god way to boost your chips is finding the beginners (the fish) in the game and take their them out.
2. Make others "1" be very difficult in finding your style.
3. After that you just have to wait for the perfect moment and hand to take the chips if you know that you have a good hand or the best one possible.
It's a patience game after all :)
Good luck!

-Bet sizing tells
-how light they are 3betting or calling 3bets
-How they play their big hands pre flop and how they play when they flop a big hand (i.e. sets) whether its fast or slowplay.

I mark players who are considered bots. And those are idiots.

I like to note if they are Nits, fish or strong players. If I see two strong players at a table I prob avoid that table. I also note whether or not they multi table, those types tend to play snug and will give their blinds up without too much resistance. I also note if me and a particular player have a history vs one another. If he's played some big pots against me or I've stacked him/her.
I note betting patterns too if I notice how they bet on different streets with made or drawing hands.

I keep notes of how much loose a player is , if he's a fish or a very good player , if he bluffs a lot . I write down his weaknesses , some special tendencies he has that need my attention . I use the colours to tag them as fish , loose etc . I want to imrove , not to be lazy and keep more notes in the future .

i write notes on bad players the really terrible players... then i write notes on good players and their habits especially betting habits. Might take other notes on the really good players. The biggest issues with notes is sometimes players get better with time. Got to watch that and not get caught with old notes

If the issue is associated with the game at the table, yes. Sometimes you have to make notes on a player's avatar. But in most cases I memorize the style of game players. I usually marked mostly bad players.

Of course! It's always good to make a marking guide for the players to remind them later.

Top 2 or 3?
How many hands they play ( loose, tight, nit)
If they are agressive with big hands or like to play them slow.
What hands they go all-in with (adding the street (pre-flop,flop,turn,river) and board texture (flush or straight draws present, paired boards)).

Last one can make or save you lots of money.

Anytime I see their hole cards I like to replay the hand and see how they bet/called/raised and how many streets they bet with what kind of hand. Gives lots of info.
