(maybe here at the river I should have considered folding the kings, I was UTG so I should have raised 4x, I decided to play the hand passively, and my wish was to hit him on the river, but when he bet the river I decided only to call)

I need 2 advices as well. It's the first time i do the hand conversion, and i'd like to know if it's ok, and if this is the right place to post this kinda threads.

Raise the flop to 75c imo. Consider folding if he shoves depending on your assessment of him, like how likely you think he is to shove with draws.

Raising the flop can lead to losing less if he re-pops big and you find a fold. However, what if he calls then leads the turn? It's likely you'll lose more than you actually did.

Note that this doesn't mean you took the best line. The main reason to raise is that he can call with a fair number of hands that are behind such as a smaller overpair or a heart draw. You're probably ahead of his range; you just happen to be behind his actual hand because he has the top of his range.
