Hello my name is gustavo, and I am new to cardschat, I want to know, when is it up to the next level? I play in NL2, I saw that many play 4 or more tables at the same time, is it the right thing? Do preflop tables help? I hope you help me.

Depends on your BRM and how conservative you want to be. Someting like 40 Buy-ins at 2NL and 4 Buy-ins at NL5 = 100$
Same goes for tables, it depends what you want. Do you feel comfortable and think you can play your best games at more tables, then you can add more tables. When its too much stress or you cant pay attention, i would play less.
And what are preflop tables?

I think you have to be really focused to play multiple tables. You won’t get a good read on the other players and you can easily make mistakes thinking you are at one table when you are at a different table and end up raising or folding in error.
