advice two ways
either
teach yourself to be a good player.
or
learn from others like finding a good poker friend, or hire a coach.

Totally agree, this is the best resource for free. If you are not using it you are missing out.

I play poker for like 5 years, and I still consider myself a donk. But you see, the more you get to know about poker, the more your chances of winning are improving. All of the information relevant to the games you play, the types of tournaments you play, the field etc. is important, along with the basics, which are not always fully covered by the players like me, who, despite they have been playing for a long time they didn't study poker enough. So the bottom line is this: study anything relevant to your game. Every bit of information counts. Trust me ;)

Perhaps you should look up some strategies and the basics of poker. Watching learning videos is also a popular tool you can become better with. Analyzing hands in different poker schools or discussing with other people about some hands helps you improving your skills, and of course play a lot not only with real money but also with play money. But don't forget playing seriously...

Watch stream or video of games, they adjust on a good harmony. Play, but in the style. Good luck!
