A HUD is an expense, and IMO not necessary if you are not playing a lot of tables. If you are, STOP now. You need to be beating 1 table before you can play any more.
You sound like you dont have a problem admitting you are playing bad, and that is step one toward getting better. IMO the most important step. Ya cant fix it if ya dont see it is broken. Good on you for that.
Training site? No, I dont think so yet. You need to learn ABC poker and you can do that for free or with a good book.
Super System is outdated but not a waste of time, but not geared toward todays online game, and Theory of Poker NOT a beginners book at all, tho a great book to read.
I think you should read basic strategy forum stuff, and learn the basics. Solid starting hands and positional play are good places to start.
