Analyzing each hand after the fact was a huge eye opener because you are not under any time pressure. It's quite an eye opener.
Exactly THE reason to have the tracking software
After each session, you can go back and view all your hands
Early position, mid, late.
What cards were working for you.
How often you called folded raised etc.
And the software can integrate ALL those stats for all your games into one database.
