NEED ADVICE/HELP

Hi, I'm new on this site and I don't know how to navigate on it. I just need some advice from pros because I'm fed ut to constantly loose money. I play online tournaments on pokerstars but ner won anithing good. Therefore I need some advice/assistance to improve my game and my chances to win a tournament.
Can someone help?
Just for info, I speek quite well english but my mother language is french, just in case you have in your team of pros one french speaking.
