I was hoping to get a little help with how do you as a serious poker player review your sessions overall. I have tried to read some blogs but nobody really goes in depth, they might just touch on it saying its need to improve your poker and fix leaks as need. Ok so here is what i started to do but i also feel like i can do more to improve my review sessions. After i am done playing poker for the day i review my session for about 30-45 minutes. I follow a guideline to see if i was a tight-aggressive for the day. If it was a winning day. How was my stealing pct for the day. How did i play position and was i aggressive in position and out of position enough. Where did i leak the most money from and what position it was from. Was it do to a single hand or was i too loose or too passive in the position. I have a composition book that i keep this all logged into by dates. And last but not least i look at my hands that i lost the most money in and replay them to make sure if i played them right and long and behold most of the time i played them wrong so i also write those down and note my thought process plus what i would have done to change the outcome if possible. So far it has been working and i have been finding small leaks but i truly feel like i can do more or that i am missing something else. Also just to let u know i use holdem manager mainly but also have poker tracker three running in the back as well. so i use both but lean towards holdem manager. please if u also review please help me to let me know if there is something u do that i dont do. Oh by the way i strictly play 6max nl cash games.
