I prefer to tile with 8 tables per screen, problem i have with stacking /cascading is the time taken to make decisions before another table pops up.Probably down to practice and management, have to look into this some more.

I played a maximum of 4 tables but I usually play 1 or 2 for more badly to concentrate on the game

1 or 2 are badly because of variance of poker....you play all 4 the same

I think you should play what you think is optimally profitable. For me it's no more than 4 tables. I have a friend that optimally plays 8. It's experience dependant mostly, so do some experimenting.

The more tables you play the less time you have to make correct decisions. What is it with this macho crap that ever one wants to play more and more tables. There is also the risk that you will be playing slowly and irritate other players.

4 tables at the most , 2 normal and 2 freerolls or 1 and 3 etc , but usually it's two . I used to play more than ten tables when I was playing limit holdem some years ago , a lot of mistakes and time outs , pokerstars sent me email telling me they reduce my max number of tables .

max is 4 but it's need too much skill. 2 table is okay. 1 on PS 1 on 888

No more than 4. Otherwise my laptop screen is too cluttered, and I lose focus quickly.

I have been experimenting with 6 tables on 888poker on cascade mode and two in pokerstars in tiled mode(my pokerstars bankroll was quite low :)). Kinda liked it. Found myself making less mistakes and folding more marginal hands. Cascade mode however does not let you watch your opponents, and I am not good enough yet to use PokerTracker stats efficiently.

Whenever I play more than 2 tables I end up losing money. That is probably due to the fact that the more tables you play, the less variance you have, up to the point, of course, where you play more tables than you can handle. In other words, if you are a beginner, stick to one table and just try to play tighter preflop. Most people play multiple tables because they feel that helps them play tighter, but that is not necessarily true.

I play mostly freerolls, and when there are a lot of them, I try to register in all. I do not want to miss this, because you can win for free.

I usually play 2 zoom simultaneously in my pc, or 3 sit n gos. I think playing so much tables at the same time requieres a lot of reflexes, to click in a lot of buttons continuosly and make sometimes very hard choices, but it must be very entertaining and profitable, cause the chances of getting a nice hand is also higher. Well another thing that really disturbs me is the size of the screen, I mean, mine is the standart one, so if I try to open more than 3 or 4 tables, i wont be able to watch everything at the same time, you know.

I used to play 24 tables for many, many years (max on Pokerstars). Now I game select a lot more and play a lot less, usually around 8.

I try and play a max of one play money table. Anymore than that and I'm overwhelmed.
