I use to 12 table $5.50 sngs and I can tell you the more tables you add,the more that it is necessary to keep the start times the same.At 12 tables I was making a decision very fast (a few seconds),and to try to factor in being at different aggression levels on different tables would be difficult.
I experimented with different start times but around 6 tables it became necessary to start them similtanious to limit how many variables I had to consider.
Heads up at even 6 tables is not really that hard once you have experiance at it.As othes have said build up 1 table at a time.
I think it is alot easier if you can spread your tables out where you can see them all,instead of stacking them.I got a lot better feel for each table this way.
