MTT Table Reshuffling

Hi guys,

This may be a bit of a noob question but...

I was wondering exactly what the rules were regarding players changing tables in MTTs online. I get that it generally happens after a player is all-in, or if a certain number of players are out etc.

Reason I ask is in my last MTT I was changed a few times pretty randomly and quickly and had to post BB each time I hit a new table. Is this just bad luck or is there a reason I in particular was switched so many times and had to post blinds more-so than the other players towards the end?

It's random. Sometime it works in your favor and sometimes not, pretty much like the deck.

Some sites are completely horrible when it comes to table reshuffling. Sometimes it takes forever & sometimes they put the same person (you gave yourself as an example) in the blinds each time the table is switched.

They need to work on that system quite a bit imo.

Yep, I was wondering if any had a certain algorithm they may have used to make it fairer, but the words "fair" and "poker" don't really mix much...

Nevertheless, I have had tourneys where everything has ran good so shouldn't complain.
