So for the past 5 days I've been playing a lot of free rolls and wonder why I keep on getting busted in the bubble, Like seriously I'm getting frustrated literally like how sometimes an opponent will call your all-in on a flop with their ace high and actually getting the nuts in river.

I have tried being tight aggressive in late games, I cashed some but mostly I'll have a premium hand and someone or I will raise and call and the flop is complete trash and somebody will re-raise 5x bet and I'll just fold and it keeps on happening that I'll just blind out if I don't do anything.

When that happens I change to loose aggressive but the thing is if I don't hit the nuts and I sometimes bluff them, they'd still call with trash hand and somehow will win the pot and that would be a game over for me, but mostly I'll just limp see what's up in the flop if I didn't get any good and they'll raise I'll just fold or depends on my opponent.

I think I'm decent in early and mid game because I usually get top 1-20 on the chip leader board but when it comes to late game I just fall apart man, Do you think because the more deep you are in the tournament the more better the opponents you're gonna play against with and I'm not just good enough yet?

What's wrong with my game? any suggestions of good book/video or anything that will help my late game play? Cause I've got bubbled out 6x already now and It's really getting frustrating to be honest but after a couple of minutes I try to be cool and not let my emotions get the best of me so I could keep going and study my game.

Dearest nyjah I know not only your exact pain, I know the level of stress and depth of thought and praying to god and emotional turmoil that goes into trying and trying and trying and trying and crying... Listen to me, the tournament format of poker is utterly corrupt. It should only be played as freeroll (or play money). Tournaments can be a great thrill and fun but should never ever be a source of your income.

They will make your entire time and effort up to the point of getting knocked out an utter waste unless you get very lucky at crucial coinflip moments. This is neither fair nor is it emotionally rewarding as you feel so helpless in your cash earned per hour.

Master the cash games only. Tournament poker needs to be eradicated, the media has brainwashed everyone to think tournament poker is real poker and cash game is for cowards and nits but you can play so much more beautiful LAG style, the idea that you need to be nittier in cash games is a total lie. In tournaments losing even one BB is a massive error as your stack is your everything until you are in a well-paid placing and since it's never known information where moves get made but consistently it's luck based guessing it's completely unfair and unrewarding for a career or talent.

The tournament format of poker is like playing basketball where you are allowed a random amount of bounces per catch that is announced when you catch the ball. Imagine how the hell a team can strategize their passes, what if it's 0 bounces? LOL

Hey man! as usual thanks for your thought, I completely understand what you're saying but the thing is I want to play poker without a deposit. So what I do is play free roll, try to cash as much as possible to build that little bankroll for the cash game and I'm really excited to get in the cash game soon, once I work it all out.

Edit: I'm in this $25 freeroll, 7th of 36th left, 20th to cash. Let's see if we gonna hit it today! :D

Train at play money tables. Move up to the top stakes of play money. If you are good enough to last there, then deposit some. :)

Do not listen to this idiot. He's delusional.
Play money will teach you nothing but the basics & will strengthen your bad habits than you try correcting them.
He has been "studying" poker for some time now but still he can't even beat 2NL.
You can see all his delusional theatrics here

Keep doing what you are doing. You are doing great
Grinding out freerolls is an insanely tough way to build a BR, but many have done it including my self.

For learning material & pokerstars' pokerschol online & also this.

Plus if you are dedicated enough & put some work, you'll find what you are looking for.

Late game play will depend on your stack, how many players left, ICM consideration & etc. You can play the tightest you want & you'll bleed out chips to antes & blinds. Or you can play very loose & you'll sacrifice chips to better hands.
SO you have to balance everything out.
And remember to play the player & position & not only your cards.
And of course you have to win a certain amount of flips in the end to win a tourney.
