When the blinds are low is it really okay to play more hands? Some say the more the better some say keep tight-aggressive start to finish online.

This question depends on a few things. Can you reenter if your playing a bit more higher variance? Are you comfortable playing higher variance? Table conditions matter also, some theory is if your at a table where your opponents have a skill edge you should play a bit more tight aggressive. Taking some bigger betting lines when you play. While at tables where you have a skill edge you can play more hands from more positions and show great profit. Being able to change your play and adjust is important.

I generally say that you should try one approach for a while and see how YOU feel about playing that way and then do the same with another approach giving each style a number of MTTs or SNGs to get a feel. It is best to play however you become most comfortable and adjust.

I have been known to start MTTs loose or tight based on how i'm feeling about my game and then adjust to the behavior of my table to maximize how much I am enjoying the action. I know that I play better when I am comfortable and enjoying the game.

The key for me is to know myself and be able to adjust to my table conditions as the first few blind levels progress.

I don't condone loose play.
But...
In an SNG it's never a good strategy to play loose early. Those chips that you let go of early won't be there when you need them once you have your "double up" opp.

On the other hand in MTT's I've got a few friends that are quite successful with loose aggressive play.

My hand selection varies as the tournament progresses. I've never succeeded the other way around.

hand selection have to be balanced, not too tight and not too loose
if you are too loose you have a lot chances to bust out but if you are too tight you become predictable

Seems like it drains all my chips if I play too tight. I have played hours in one game limped in caught the best possibilty and then called and caught drawing out turn and river. Some make the "wtf" calls anyway lol puts me in tilt then I lose focus and play like crap.

I tend to play more hands with lower blinds. It also depends on who is behind you and how often they 3-bet, etc.

Playing tight doesn't necessarily mean that you should limp in. It generally means that you should be more selective about the hands that you play. When you have a hand you think you should play then you should raise if you are the first to enter the pot or if there has been a previous limper and you have a monster like AA or KK.

Raising instead of limping online you still get the callers at times but statistically using this play it should proceed to pay off most of the time?
