every poker player has made this mistake, if there would not be poker player. When you lose money, usually you try to get rid of losses, so forget the time periods he planned to play and kept at the computer too long.
When you lose money and try to recover its online game suffers and if it remains in long sessions, eventually becomes an automatic player and stop analyzing all the variables, becoming a losing player.
Affirming that loses control and just get lost is perhaps a bit exaggerated, but it sure your game is not exactly the most appropriate and will not be using their full potential.
Our professionals have a phrase for these situations, "If you're not playing your best poker're losing money," even when you win you lose in relation to the benefits that you would have without this error.
Playing without cards or projects and bluffing is part of poker, but the lanterns meaningless and probably losers (Bad bluffs) should not be part of your strategy.
When you make a lantern must have a good possible move in mind, if not probably a good player to be able to get your money.
Do not just take a lantern to see if they are lucky and rivals leave, you must know the chances of that bluff become a good hand so that if other players accept your bet, have the possibility of victory.
A good bluff can be a flush or straight draw, so if other players bet with you, it is still possible to get a winning hand. If you take a bluff, it is also useful to know the hand that is if the project is not achieved, as this would be our real play.
Bluffing is effective if you have a plan B, a move back if we accept and letters are not fortunate, in this case the bluff is no loser. If bad bluffs, bluffs meaningless without chance of victory, eventually the player is losing are made.

Same here! I'm leaving the computer for 30 seconds and think about something else. It could help, to not enter a state of tilt. ;-)

it only takes a few bad calls or a few mental hiccups to wipe out any winnings-i try to set limits for myself when i play live normaly 4-6 hours no more-you got to stay sharp for sure-playing when your making alot of mistakes can only lead to being on tilt trying to make back what you lost
