I tend to like playing 90 and 180 man SnG's, and I find myself cashing in the first 1 or 2 that I play, now after that I continue to play and don't do so well.... How many tournaments / Sng's per day do you guys play and what do you do in between to unwind and how long of a break do you take?

I would recommend playing two and then take a break while using a physical activity to blow off steam. Take a walk around the block or to the nearest coffee shop and relax for a bit, or do some pushups at home and then watch some TV. I would say 30-60 minutes break for every 2 S&Gs

yeah im learning that i begin to get a little tired and bored and just day dream i agree with the above comment on taking a break and exercise

Perhaps investing some time learning and practicing meditation could help your performance, i found out it did for me, and besides you avoid getting angry or tilt.

i started biking again. Riding bmx is progressive and is really challenging. Physical and mental fitness. Anything from walking to biking, to jogging helps with thinking before and after playing .

If you win the first two, stop after two. Take a break or wait till the next day.
