it's more to it than bluffing,
bluffing is just an attempt to steal a pot everyone the average optimal bluffer will just give up once you call there c-bet and attempt a stab at the pot next time rather than risk more chips.
where as deceptive play is an art form i.e) you may go as far as re-raising a player on the turn tactically early on because you know he knows your capable of doing it with air
and he's good enough to pick up on your betting patterns, later in the tournament hel go to war 4th time you try something clever,
you know he's going to suss out your game so by the 5th time you make sure you have the goods and end up stacking them or taking his chips from his failed 4bet
I mean its taking things that step further I like to try out and here peoples ideas
