I have been playing in the lowest possible level games because of lack of bankroll. Sometimes I question if it is real experience because I get called on (what I think to be good) bluffs, as well as draws that hit on the river even when I give them terrible odds. I have done ok on slightly higher stakes games but end up losing my whole stack because of a miss read, or a flat out novice mistake. I have done my homework and have love as well as patients for the game. My question is, should I play for a bit higher stakes and work on limiting mistakes? or should I learn to exploit the lower level players (such as my self) until I have a workable bankroll ?

Micro stakes does have the worst quality of opponents playing, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. It is inevitable that bad players will make bad plays. The majority of the time they will lose their money and be out early, but sometimes they get lucky (we all do). Over the long haul, they will no doubt lose much more than they will win.

I have been in kind of the same predicament myself. I study a lot, and would like to play a lot more, but the bankroll is an issue, so I am left with the micro stake games. You are going to find bad players who risk it all on nothing, but you want to be playing with these opponents and adjust your play accordingly. Tighten up early, wait for the great cards, and let them pay you off. By the time you get to the mid or late stages of a game, more and more players left in will be like yourself wanting to play well and have a good game of cards, then you can get creative.

games on microlights entail a large number of people so a lot of inadequate action is a lot of pihanines, so it's best to play tournaments from $ 20 and up there you can really show your poker skill

All play is real experience. Of course you will get a much wider range of play in small stakes, but you can still learn betting patterns and work on your game regardless. The higher levels of these tournaments play more realistically too, so if you can outlast the donks, you get real play at a low cost.

An enormous portion of what I've learned from this game is at the bottom rung of the buy in ladder.

The way I see it, the dollar amounts don't effect how you learn your hand ranges, or bet sizing and how you count your odds/outs etc...

Even at the lowest level there are players who can play higher but enjoy the increased BB/100 Rate at micro.

Yes, it teaches you to learn what to do and not what to do.

If you can wade thru the fishes and donks on low level, it will make you better at higher levels. yes I think so.

You definitely need to play for a while on the microlights. This will give you the opportunity to explore the atmosphere of the game for money. You will also have experience here.

Your limit should not to be chosen for you, the limit that you play is a diagnosis by your statistics. First you had a Bankroll and burned it, you do already know that limit you are not profitable. If you are playing micro limits is a good way to restart and your limits have to be based on your consistent profit, if you have money buy books, buy coachings and you will save much more money than playing with no or few instruction. Play micro limits, play freerolls and discover there more good players than you can imagine.
