You might want to play a little more aggressive. It helps to build a pile of chips early. That said is what most players miss is the fact that you change strategies as the game progresses. A great book to read is Sit 'n Go Strategy by Colin Moshman.

You can consistently make the money in bigger sitngos and make a profit without winning many. You really have to take alot of firsts in one table, I know I'm no good at one table. Depending on how many you've played that .20 rake could be taking its toll too. I'd try a few different sitngo formats to see what you're best at and try to limit the rake (I like turbo45 1.10)

Hi, I checked your history and you are mostly playing the 1.10 +.0.10 TURBO's and the 360 player 0.10 micros. Switching to the games with 10 minute blind escalation instead of 5 minutes will favour your game if you are a tight player but it looks like Poker Edge rates your play as LAP -(Loose Aggressive Passive- Loose preflop hand selection, Aggressive preflop betting, Passive post flop play). Also you're getting knocked out early in tounaments 29% of the time, so you probably need to develop your opponent reading skills. After a total of 21 tourneys/sng and 0 Late finishes - the numbers point to retooling your game before playing more tourneys and sngs. If you want you can check out you own rating and history at PokerEdge and Official Poker Ranking respectively. Hope this helps, and good luck at the tables

gis1239 try the 6 max Sit N Goes play tight early and get aggressive near the bubble. I sent you a pm that may help you out as well.

Good luck at the tables

My advise to any new player is learn to fold. Think of your chips as you would time. When you are out of chips you are out of time. Look at the blinds and antes, do the math and you will see how long you can last with out betting. Then just watch the other players and only bet when you are sure you will game some time................
Tick Tock...............
Good luck to you...............
