Hi my pokerpals
I going to play in a club in my city , every Thursday .
In this place there are a lot of players that once the tournament starts they always go all in and before that the add on start .
After that they change your gears and play tight . How can I defeat them??"

Play tight :D

I would really like to know what is the buyin for that tourney
If that is rebuy tournament, and i guess that is because of that all in fest at the beginning if you plan to rebuy you can get little loose and move in too, in that situation, i call with jj+ and any broadway cards suited or not and if you hit you'll chip up a lot, if not then rebuy...
then when donk fest ends play tight with good hands, exploit good position, avoid playing OOP, this is a just in short and from a online player perspective, i only played few live tournaments they all were private and almost just for the fun so it looked a lot like freeroll and just like you described...

Just ignore them if you have a weak hand but if you have a top pair or an AK, AQ that you are feeling just play it

It sounds like to me people are willing to re-buy so they think why play smart if I get knocked out and I can buy back in. This is confirmed by the fact that the group tightens up when the re-buy ends.

sounds to me like they are recreational gamblers,
its important you realise your image their and if they are going all in on you specificly or all in on each other.

It's true though if you dont want to gamble and take chances to double up you have to be patient and disciplined your chance will come, dont get involved in big pots without monster hands as they are likely to cost you alot of chips with reduced chance of winning the hand,

wait until your placed with a good hand in a good spot with no multiway limp/rasiers, play aggressively and try to capitalise on this,
you only need one double up or a few decent hands,

after the break you can step up your game and identify the fish and the bad players and teal from the fish get payed off from the donks

Everyone here with experience will advice you to play tight, but even palying tight will not guarantee You will defeat them, as All-in is always just a matter of probability. If your oponents are just gamblers and there are more of preflop All-ins, than even with a good hand your percentage can be low. So, I would avoid All-in in early position if it is likely, there will be more All-in after you. Go All-in only in late position with a good enough hand and your win percentage will be higher...

Like others have said, what we need to know is: whether or not this a $250 tourney that the allows you to re-enter or is it a $20 rebuy donkfest.
I like to gamble a little more in a donfest because chances are the average stack will be high in mid-late stages and you won't want to be severely short stacked. If you are practicing sound BR management it won't hurt you bad to play looser.
I might not gamble as much with higher buy ins though. But that's just because I'm a scrub, lol.
