Would anybody be willing to look at my tournament hand history and help me find my leaks?

I seem to get my chips in good, but seem to come up short more than my share.

Have been playing for 3 years now and am lost on what to do, I love playing. I read and study the game, track all my results with PT3 and review all my plays.

If you are really getting your chips in good most of the time, you will even out over the long run (we're talking 1000+ SnGs, not like 10-20). The other post you made about running bad really is nothing compared to the bad runs you will experience over larger samples. You're maybe running a couple buy ins below EV in those hands but running 20-30 buy ins below EV over larger sample sizes is pretty standard.

Also, if you're primary game is SnGs, you need to understand ICM (giving your chips a monetary value). In SnGs (and tournaments), taking small edges is NOT taking every 55/45 you can. In SnGs, there are times to fold AA and shove 72o. In general, you need to play super tight early on then learn shove or fold poker in the later stages. Also, note that you should be doing a lot more shoving than calling.

Looking through hand histories is asking quite a bit, but don't be afraid to post lots of hands in the tournament HA section as you will get good responses.

Been on a downslide, and just had to get back to the basics and quit trying to overthink every suckout against me.

Actually, being able to toss my vents out here at CardChat helped.

In a better frame of mind. Thanx.

Not sure what stakes you play at, but it may help to join a site like StoxPoker or CardRunners. These sites do have coaching but it seems like they charge an exhorbitant amount. There is a site called RoyalFlush Club that appears to offer coaching at a more reasonable amount, although I myself have not used yet.

If you post some of your hand historys, people on this site will definitely analyse them for you.

Im not sure what limits your playing either but if your playing micro's then keep everything very basic and play very tight. You can only do basic things against basic players.

So a strict starting hand selection and a bit of common sense is a big step towards winning at low limits. Starting hand selection is very basic but if your losing money then it probably stems from playing hands you shouldn't.
