Excellent intro video! I like that the demonstration hand had the flopped set of nines lose to the full house of Aces over Queens that were made on the turn and river. Most (all other?) beginner videos tend to gloss over (skip entirely?) that little bit of hard reality. This is a great and clear explanation of Holdem my friends pay attention if you have one or more questions about it. .... I would say this is more a break down for beginners. If a Person is looking to better their game and really learn, May I suggest Poker After Dark, and High Stakes Poker.
Watch, learn and study. find your favorite and study their style. or grab a few things from a couple. also watch video's on learning your position to the button and how to bet according to the pot size. I think everyone here would have to agree.
Peace and good luck to all who are really wanting to learn..
Good point. At first I was thinking the same thing, but I have learned from watching those high-stakes games on TV that ABC poker will only take you so far. I used to wonder why they seemed to vary so much from what I had learned. Now I know.Tbh when getting introduced to poker watching high stakes poker is not the best idea, learn the fundamentals first.
