It occurred to me whilst listening to my mp3 player at work teh other day, that if there were downloadable Audio coaching/strategy lessons I could listen to those instead of albums Ive heard so many times already.

Ive heard of poker radio but was specifically wondering about verbal essays on different topics. Ive got 8 hrs per day I can listen, maybe I'll have a little more info sink in this way.

Ever hopeful

I've been doing this for quite some time. I have chopped up a bunch of audio "tips and clips" and have them mixed in with my music selections on my iPod. They are anywhere from 1 to 3 minutes each and address something specific each time - anything from a quick dissertation on playing KK and not getting married to them to physical tells to handling the final table.
Since I work in TV and radio it's been pretty easy to put together so far but I am way over due for some new material.

There are some audio books on poker available - but pretty basic like Gordon's Green Book that I spent 3 months listening to everyday on the 1/2 hour drive in to work and the 1/2 hour drive home. Lost track of how many times I got through it all. I think it worked better that I had read it first.

Many of the coaching sites have audio (or video that's still good just to listen too). Also you could get audio versions of any poker books you're interested in.
