You have to win as many possible chips preflop make a raise 2.5x, 3x, post flop increases so as not to scare away the bad guy.

If your playing small stakes and people dont make adjustments then rasie as much as they are willing to call

If playing against observant players then raise the same amount as you do with other hands as you might give away the strength of your hands

I usually do a 3 bet pre-flop.
After the flop I'm usually more passive and I let them do the action.

First you should check or call other players (they think you have casual cards).
After flop you must observe players behavior - if somebody raise you should call or bet him. After turn or river do the same thing and you'll have 99,9% win.

don't passive play AA or KK its a rare situation. Always raise 2.5x or 3x or whatever your usual is but don't overbet and if you only do a 2x bet then a lot of people will call and that is less odds for you of winning and someone catching something for wanting to see the flop so cheap

Depends on the situation. The beginning of a tournament is completely different to final table.

Button = 3-5BB
Early = 2-3BB

Sometimes I use slow play...

Pushing with KK AA is not always a good idea. I lost a lot of money with these hands :(

I would play passive with KK because in most cases you win.. Slow-play it and see if there is an A on the board.. if not keep calling or betting (if no1 bets). This way you can bait them quite nice

Three big blinds pre , no passive play(If nothing on the board worries you), why give them free or cheap cards at a chance to take away your hand. After the flop if you feel you are still ahead keep betting. Try and get a read of the range or hands they are most likely to of called with and keep betting. Go with your read.

KK, AA - passive play

is wrong, though sometimes the occasion need to play these, AA hands, KK passively, it is not a rule, Most of the time these hands should be played aggressively.

Do not play your hand slowly or just call raises. Also you shouldn't bet differently pre-flop for different cards, but you should for different positions.

eg. UTG raise 2.5x-3x blind raise, MP/Button- 3-4.5x blind raise. (this can vary to even upto 10x blinds depending on how your table plays)

It is ok to limp if you there are aggressive players after you who are raising a lot and you think you can re-raise them and make them fold or build a big pot. But raising small can make weaker hands get a chance to make draws and sets.
Even when bluffing otherwise, try to raise the same amount you do with the KK to hide hand strength.

all depending on what you play.

cash games? then basically 3bb if you open, 3-b if already raised, 4-b/shove if already 3-b. (if not shoved, be careful when an Ace hits the board, of course)

in mtt also depends on which phase you are in.
early: just play it like a normal hand
late: (20bb or less) shove right away

A standard pre-flop opening (2.2 - 3.5 bb) is pretty much the usual in a cash game.

In a tournament however, the norm is to get all the money into the middle pre-flop. The lower the stakes, the more likely it is that a standard bet will be called by too many hands. The more hands in the pot, the more often you lose to a lucky draw. There's no guarantee of course - I've saw a hand recently where both AA & KK lost to 72s (who hit 222). Why did the 72s stay in the hand? Many amateur flush chasers (especially those in the blinds with a tiny amount already invested in the pot) will call just about any bet pre-flop.

Most bigger pairs and AK, AQ, KQs are going to call just about anything pre-flop in a micro-stakes tournament. If you are lucky you will end up playing against AK, AQ & maybe even an AJ. The more Aces playing, the less likely they will appear on the board.

raise as yuo do it with AA. It is the same play, because KK and AA are the best preflop cards with really good odds to win.

You should act confident to elliminate most of opponents.
If You miss the flop then any 2 pairs is better.
