Killer Poker(the first one) is a good book - but it does not teach any good poker skills per se. It is more along the lines of putting yourself into the "Killer Poker" mindset... keeping one away from playing scared, short etc.
That said - if it is the first book you read about poker - you will probably lose money fast. Killer Poker assumes that you have a general knowledge of poker in the first place and you need to know, understand, and be able to utilize those general skills before you hop into killer poker - imoa
I agree with first response - except that i think that if books are a medium that you learn well with - feel free to read ... IN ADDITION TO the previous advice. GL to you:tee:
