looks decent and logical
i need to keep the trust in my reads becouse if im right when i get it in my reads wille make me prevail in the long term

didnt metion i tilt much more on cash games and thats why i try not to play them offten...in torunaments i tend to think more in the long run instead of just wanting my money back lol

ps: did you made the videos? just to mention it seems out of sync and i could use some comparisons becouse i like to compare it with my game since it helps me visualize the problem...not to imitate, it makes my reads better to know how others might think and play

Oops my computer just crashed as I was replying to you so dont know where my response has gone. Anyway as Bear has said Jared Tendler is very good. In particular 2 of his books "The mental game of poker 1 & 2" are very good. I would say these are the best I have read and I have read quite a few. I tend t go back to these quite often and my main advice to you is stick to tournaments if you feel better about them. Gl to you and look forward to seeing/ hearing abou your progress. :D :D :D

Maybe you can check your starting hands.

With regards to discipline, its you yourself who can answer to it.

In online poker you play so many hands that it feels that way. If you stick to playing your own style and think about why you're playing this hand then you be able to keep a strong mental thought. Eve if you are loose it's fine, as long as you're not getting frustrated and feeling tilted to the point where you're playing nearly every hand, hopping to get lucky.
