In what pos do you call?

Sitting in early and middle position pocket cards show low pair or suited connectors. No call lr raise before you. You might even be the first to act.

Do you call with pocket pair 33 or suited 67?

Do you fold to safe a bb?

Depends of the stack size ,if i`m deep i open with min raise,if im short (under 10bb lets say) with pocket pairs i shove...

In both position it is fine call, but only if you have more then 50bb, if less only fold.. Also you can steal with this hands, if less 12bb with antes only shove...

Mostly call if I have more than avarage chips or it is slow tournament

Depends on many things like chip stack, position, no. of players entered, etc.

I typically only play those hands in late position unless I'm pretty deep stacked or it's a fairly soft table.

If you call from early position 90% times you get a reraise for 4BB(Big Blinds) or more back so just calling is bad.

however if you raise and get re-raised you may be losing more than just calling in the long run.

I share my colleague s comment that depends on the position above all of our stack and if we use the observation the way we are playing our opponents

You didn't specify cash or tourney, and most other posters assumed tourney. I will comment on cash games.
I will usually call from any position with pocket pairs, and may raise just about any pp from late position. For high pp, I will usually raise from any position.
For suited connectors, I usually won't play below about 9-10 and usually only a call except from late position.
In either case, if I get raised more that 1 or 2 BB, then I will usually just fold.
