So ive been in a couple of re entry tournaments till now like small ones

0.55 entry nd 250gaurenttee & 1$ entry and 150 gurentee etc but there i go win only 1 entry . And try to play well .
But its been real trouble as some players have like 3 entries and play the same tournament . And they play pretty loose , unable to analyse them . And most of the time i see , after 20-30 minutes . The same player takes 2 spots in the top .
Like he plays at different tables .
I once made it the top 36 . but gone . By that time , in top 30 only 17 inviduals are there . they playin with multi entries like a player has 7th place & also 15 place .
So , will it be a disadvantage to have only 1 entry . Or havin multiple enries from the start , gives us an edge over others ?

You can share your opinion here if you like :) I confused

are you talking about reentry or multientry ?
I have same doubts as you, should you avoid rebuy/reentry tournaments if i only plan to entry once, or dont plan to rebuy?
I would like to know is there a brm rule of how to play rebuy-reentry tournaments

I personally avoid those, because when i bust out and i rebuy i feel like im wasting money...

Whether or not to rebuy/re-enter to me would depend upon,
A.) The blind level... how many BBs am I getting
B.) My chances of min cashing and will a min cash get me my $ back... meaning, for example, how many are left standing and what their stacks look like and will a min cash make it worth while.

I've never seen a multiple entry tourney. I can't even see how that's possible. How do you get to FT and end up playing yourself?

Visit fulltilt poker site, you have multientry rules explained, in short if you have more entries that tables your entries merge into one bigger....

I would think this is very similar to addons. But yes looks as if not buying multiple entries will be a disadvantage as the chips are added up if you have multiple entries towards the end.

I played a couple of the multi-entry games before, in rush fashion too I believe it was and actually cashed with both entries when they combined to final table (I didn't have very big stacks tho even with both combined).

I think it could be advantageous for a multi-entry because you are essentially lowering varience by have 2 or so seats in the tournament in that you could get sucked out and still have an entry, I guess in a way its sort of like a rentry or rebuy in general fashion, I have never really looked at the strategy behind it but would assume its doesn't really change much from any other mtt.

In regards to BRM however if you are rolled for only 5$ games and decide to play a 2$ reentry or multi-entry then remember to treat any rebuys, add-ons or entries etc as a single game as far as BRM is concerned, or at least that would be my opinion on it. I mean don't play a rebuy and rebuy like 8 times for 16$ and then feel the impact on the BR (also should never rebuy or reenter for more $ than what a min-cash will refund back). Who wants to be in a rebuy game that need to like 4th just to break even.

Just my thoughts :D

better players rebuy more? Player whit so much cash rebuy more.. Good players rebuy less

Not necessarily. Good players will always rebuy unless they suddenly didn't want to play in the tournament anymore or rebuying gives them a stack so short they have a impossibly long shot to win or even just cash. Good players are the one with so much cash, and having so much cash is what good BRM dictates you should have, in order to play in unlimited rebuys where you will often have to rebuy a few times.

Bad players keep rebuying even though they will need to win like 3 all ins in a row and only have a chance to survive and cash and will need wayyy more luck to score big. There are also bad players that nit up because they don't want to rebuy. When everyone else is willing to have more than one shot and you are only willing to give one, you are already at a disadvantage to get to the goal(top 3, at least FT, ultimate goal is of course to win). Bad players shove too wide to gamble just because its a rebuy. If you come across this type, you are in luck and usually will at least cash.

OP: I think it is a disadvantage although not as much as being unwilling to rebuy in a rebuy tournament. I feel that multi entry mostly just allows you to lower the variance as there is no chance for you to cash more than 1 FT spot and FT is where most of the money is played for. Min cashing your entries isn't much of a ROI.
