I'm in free fall!

Unfortunately my bad luck started last week playing HU-hyper turbo on stars, I came play fifty-fifty and had built a good bankroll but I began to play HU-hyper turbo and lost everything! Now I'm trying to get back playing freerolls but it's getting very difficult because I make bad decisions! What do you recommend should stay away a while and come back with clearer ideas?

Maybe take a break but also know downswings happen. Dont tilt and play your game. Good luck.

If you're playing poorly then yes a small break may be a good idea. Refocus on what you're trying to accomplish and the best way of succeeding with your goal(s).

I play a lot of HU hypers and I don't recommend them to anyone who don't have either the mental makeup or the bankroll to handle downswings. I'm curious as to what kind of bankroll management you were using.

NOT use bankroll managment but great on that level I play! Then you will formulate the question because you broke if you should have lost only 5% of your bank? Spend it to match decided to upload my lost human level playing HU hyper 30 dollars, knowing that my bank not take it! So snaps off and that is why I want to stop playing a bit to change my self-destructive behavior!
