If You Are Losing, Ask Yourself These Questions
---Do I really understand the game?
---Why am I playing?
---Do I have enough money?
---Am I smart enough?
---Do the other players seem better than I am?
---Do I have a plan?
---Do the other players seem to have me figured out?
---Do I know what a good hand is in any given position?
---Do I know different strategies?
---Do I just react for no particular reason?
---Am I aggressive enough?
---Do I think about what the other players might have?
---Do I know how to figure out the odds?
---Am I predictable?
---Do I ever bluff?
---Can I figure out the other players?
---Do I always play by the book?
---Do I have enough money left to pay my bar bill?

Once I hit my loss limit for a session I stop playing.I don't need to win it back right then and if I continue I'm likely to make poor decisions and bury myself even deeper.
So, back off and go do anything else that doesn't involve an element of chance (I realize that just about all of living involves elements of chance)

You don't need to ask yourself any questions about why you are losing.. just review your session, look for misstakes, improve and do better tomorrow

Sometimes it's just not your session and it's time to quit for the day

When i'm loosing so much, i stop playing and starting to analyze my misstakes. After it i'm waiting for the next tournament from my range and playing properly again, or if there is not a tourney, i'm just taking a break. I'm not asking myself any question because that not gonna help me in that situation.

If I can say to myself that I was playing consistently and well then I can lose in stride because luck is a factor. I keep notes so that I can compare my good luck with the bad.

If Im losing I just quit playing for the day and do something unrelated to poker and go back the next day to do some hand reviews.

The main thing is not to get into the tilt... It is a big problem.

It is normal and the sooner you get used to these things, the better for you. I try to improve my game and look for mistakes in myself.

If you keep asking these questions yourself you will definitely succeed. So, don't give up, keep doing your best and everything will be ok. I can't win all the time, or can you? Here is a question: is it possible to win all the time, folks? I think it's impossible. It's like a law of the life. There is always someone who is better than you.

some points i found on my game are:
. better understand ranges from different positions
. better understand playertypes
. and how these factors play together
. when it is necessary to raise big, small, check and so on..
. don't scare poeple off when your clearly ahead

what i have to learn: combo thinking, better understand spr....

Good points. But, sometimes the cards are not so good. That's another factor to deal with.

Maybe need to increase the stakes I play at. I hear the rake is a lot less.
That is the real reason most people lose at poker, horse racing sportsbetting. Anyone can do their fair share of winning, it is paying the line that gets you.

If no one called my squeeze with 73o and did not win my stack, then I'm good at losing.

when I lose several games in a row and I put a limit to play a maximum of 5 to 6 games if I continue to lose I stop and come back after 2 days, so I do not lose my bankroll
