Hi
I done the biggest sin you can do in poker and it cost me!!!!!!
I drank far to much and lost 3/4 of my bankroll OF INTYRE BANKROLL!!!!
Had $375 left last night now i have $5 left
I have about $200 left.
I know about bankroll management and i hope it will never happen again.I
know to only play 1 or 2%
Wtf do i do know (back to the grind hey)
Do i play cash or tourneys(to much veriance)?
I play them both so so
Any advice on what, were and what style or something help me rebuild my
bankroll quick again
Thanks??

Just do the same things that helped you build your roll in the first place, over & over & over again. Enjoy.

What game type were you playing before this? If you had success there I'd just drop down in stakes and grind back up to where you were and continue as before. It's hard to say what type of game to play as it all depends on the players preference and playing style.

Recover quickly bankroll clearly will not work. You need to start all over again. As the alcohol and Poker are not compatible. We all learn by mistakes. Good luck.

Since the damage is done.... Take whatever you have left to a cash game and start playing. When you double up at the table move to another table and double up there. When you have enough cash to get into the next level up, move up....double up at each table, leave and move up in the limits when you have the min amount needed to sit. Throw some salt over your shoulder and win!!!

The worst thing you could do is start chasing you loses using poor bankroll management. My advice is just to use strict BRM and play within your BRM and start all over again, its the only viable option.

Sorry to be a pain but as you probably know there is only really one way to win your money, and thats how you did it last time. There is too much variance in tournaments, so they are not the answer. Perhaps you could try $1.00 6-max SnG's on FTP although there is not much traffic playing them. I have read plenty of good articles on here about SnG's so good luck and run well...............:D:D:D

I've done the same mistake twice...lost something like 100 dollars in 1 night that was almost my entire bankroll. The lesson I learnt from that situation If you lost a few buy-ins just quit playing this day until you're mentally ready to play again. Yeah, and sure no alcohol!

play some freerolls and money added forum games and try to build your roll up - then protect your roll with proper bankroll management

First off don't do it again! Secondly just like everyone else has said you're going to have to start from the very beginning again! As much as it hurts you need to just stay calm, and try to relax so you can still recover over time!

Unfortunately from my own experience I can say that repeated, in me it happens once in a half year or a year we all the same people and not machines. On recovery bankroll no quick way or lose even more.

If you make the mistake of loosing money and left cash, then I don't think this cannot be rebuilt, you had to keep this mistake in mind and don't make these next time.

We all learn from our mistakes. I think it should just try again and everything fun

there is no quick way obviously

First freerolls. do some in time available, will help a little

Then I like the lowest buyin double or nothing sit n gos. if you go this route, you will be here a long time, but it is fairly low variance.

Best of luck

If you started with 5 dollars, do what you have done before. If you started with 100 dollars, I would say reload and play your best. Do not do the same mistake again. Goodluck!

What luck! When you get drunk there are other things that go along with this condition. Poker is not going! So, start from the beginning. With some juice of course :)

Find a hard job and make a deposit again .. Go down the lower limits or play freerolls..
The next time will not play gamble, and you follow BRM...

I would reload as well but look at your stats before your blowout and find the level you can beat and concentrate on winning consistently at that level.
