Seriousness aside, as others have suggested > read a couple books.
I'd start off with Phil Gordon's Little Green Book, & then next book would depend upon what you're playing (ie. if it's SNG's, then for sure read Collin Moshmann's SNG Strategy book). For tournament play > Harrington On Holdem Vol.1 & 2 (tournament play & end game play).
Read articles online.
Post Hands for analysis.
Review your games (I personally use an auto hand replayer > PopoPop Hand Replayer is a good tool for this).
practise, practise, practise.
Consider sticking to one format & keep playing it til' you've put in some decent volume (instead of jumping around which is so common amongst newer players).
After that I'd think about joining a training site. Read some more, etc. etc.
I'd personally hold off on PokerTracker or HEM for awhile at first.
