Tilt breaker is a program that helps you with tilt (thats its job)
basically it allows you to block the cashier, block you from playing after a set time/amount of hands or stop loss etc.
Right now i have set it to block me for 30mins after a 2hour session + to block the cashier. By this i won't be constantly going into the cashier and checking my bankroll balance which usually caused me to play differently at times.
Losing 5 or 6 buy-ins through bad beats and coolers like you did is totally standard, and you'll need to find ways to deal with it if you're going to progress.
Definitely stopping playing for a day or two is good so you accept your new roll and don't chase losses. And try to think of it as a temporary set-back, which you will recover from. You already made 20 buy-ins, so it probably won't take you long to recover 5. That can be easily won back in one good session after-all.
Tilt breaker sounds interesting but what's to stop you just uninstalling it lol. Think I'll learn to prevent/manage tilt myself rather than relying on a program.
