HUD Stats questions

I just got a trial of HEM2, so now I just need to know how to use it to help my game. I'm using the stats VPIP, PFR, AF, Cbet, Fold to Cbet, 3bet, Fold to 3bet.

What are good numbers to shoot for for 6 max 4NLHE? and what numbers for 9 max 4NLHE?

And lastly.. How do I use AF to my advantage.. I know it means aggression factor and that it basically means if it's high that they raise more than make passive plays like calling. But how do I use that to my advantage? And can someone give me a more complete explanation of what AF actually is.

i believe AF is [Bets] + [Raises] / [Calls].

I use Leakbuster, and it has really helped me with my stats. if you are doing the free trial of HM2, you should be able to run the free trial of LB. In the trial, it won't give you all the stats you are looking for, but will give you some ranges for some of them, and give you an idea what the program does, and where you should be with some of your stats. And i think you can run some of the training content , based on the leaks you are showing.
