Probably play it just like that. If he came over the top on the river I would probably still call because unless he called your post flop bet w/ a 3-flush, you probably still have the best hand. What did he have?

I think you played it right. I think he was holding Ax. the BLAM comment was ment to make you think he made his flush. But it only confirmed in IMO that he didn't.

I really like the bet out on the flop. That way, if by some miracle you hit the straight (like you did), there's no way your opponent puts you on a freakin 2 3. The spade on the end hurt you rather than helped you because it would scare somebody with a mediocre hand trying to call down your bluff.

Looks good but I might have bet more on the turn since there is a flush draw and you're holding low cards. I think the lack of a raise on the flop from him means he didn't have an ace. Just calling seems to mean he was on a draw of some kind.

I like your play; you made a pot size bet on the turn, so if he called with the intention of making the spade on the river, he was not getting the proper odds, even implied ones.

It looked to me like you played the hand well. Would have been hard to put him on a made flush after the river since it would have come runner-runner. From the action it looked to me like he had an ace with a bad kicker. He might have even picked up a wheel draw on the turn if he was holding A-2 or A-3, which could have explained why he called your pot-sized bet on the turn.

0 chance he has spades here, He might of made aces up and just not realized what he ran into. stack off everytime IMO.

Can't see him on a flush. Prolly Ax or maybe a set. Flush looks gold. I like the bet.
