How to practice Ev and odds?

Hey guys subject says it all and im considering myself a new player.
I have been playing online off and on 3 years Never cashed out once.
Not relly a wining player and looking for an edge to add to get my game sharp.
So whats the best way to practice and understand ev? and odds thanks guys

I find some software (free) do help me in my game; PokerStove - gives you odds in any given situation. Universal Replayer - Good way to replay your hand history & get some coaching from friends. You also have the tracking software, but cost $ - PT3 & HEM GL

Check into the poker schools online including FTP's Academy. Also don't worry about the odds because all of the poker rooms balance this out with sukouts anyway :D lol j/k j/k. There are free programs out there to try like Holdem Indicator also.

I think that odds are important at any level and you should try to have a positive ev on any play. Bad beats are acceptable if you make the correct decision over the long term. The rule of 2 and 4 works if you don't have a table to use or don't have your percentages memorized. I think it is important to learn how to count your outs quickly and accurately

You can probably find a tutorial vid. on youtube if you're not sure how to use PokerStove. (it's 'free' btw)
