I began playing at various poker sites but continuous became a regular on 888 poker. I've been playing poker since I was 14 and played on Zynga Poker; Facebook. I thought I knew a lot about the game 6 months ago, but to my realization I knew nothing. After losing thousands of dollars- 3000 to be exact, I decided to take a 4 month break from 888. I'm currently in month 2 and one question that has been killing me is, "how to play poker at the beginning". What I mean by this is, I started to play at limits 50 to 100 Nl on Stars with only a sufficient bankroll to hold 10 BI's or even less. For some reason I made a lot of money, however I lost all of it in due time ( see my other threads ). I would like to learn how to play poker at 10 NL. I have played on this limit before but only stayed at it for a short period of time. My plan is to deposit 1000 and multi-table 4 tables at this limit. I heard something about abc poker the other day, could this be profitable at micro stakes? I'm a low level thinker might I add, so the creative plays only work for me at 50 NL. I've notice when jumping higher stakes, players are able to exploit this really fast. I've also notice creative poker doesn't work well at 10 Nl- a main reason why I don't play at that level any more. Another problem I find is, since I've played as high as 400 NL, 0.5 to 0.10 doesn't seem like anything to me. Noting this is true in many cases, even jamming full stack seems like nothing to me. How can I value low level money?
