1. play with the money which you can afford to lose,
2. dont play the game which is over ur bankroll,
3. try to relax during the game, thats cant help but can make game more funny
Make a small deposit , start playing freerolls , like the CardsChat ones , to build a bankroll . Then set some rules that you will be following the whole time . One buy in for cash games , if you lose you stop playing for the day , 20 buyins for the cash games, 40-50 for sngs ,200 for tournaments . If you lose two-three sngs , play again another day . This to prevent go on tilt and spend all your bankroll .
Have a bankroll management and tilt control . If you fail to oblige to the rules once , don't play for some days . If you see that your gameplay is not good enough and that's why you lose and you have a fear , study some strategy articles here or post some hands for analysis . While you play , play by the rules you know and the money like they were chips , don't be skrutz

this might be good advice if the person has a TILT issue due to not understanding or handling variance (or many/any form(s) of TILT)... but if they don't have a TILT issue, quitting after losing 1 buyin on a cash table would be crazy so would quitting SNG's if you lost a few in succession.
We don't practise Bankroll Management to alleviate Fear of losing money (or to eliminate fear while playing for real money). Bankroll management is crucial due to the very nature of the game.... ie. you could be the VERY BEST sng player at the $10 buyin level in the entire world and still lose 20 in-a-row (or go on a 50+ game downswong).... or a famous winning MTT player & drop 200 buyins. It is normal! This is why we need to practise bankroll management.
How to alleviate fear of losing money? As has been mentioned, don't play for sums you're not willing to lose. Get better at the game & your confidence will increase.
