How to improve my game

I would like you to give me advice on how to improve my game, makes thing as about 3 months I have been stagnant and not going up , I have read almost everything that can be read on the forum , and more things, educates ... strategy . .. everywhere, and anything that does not feel like progress , other than what they put in most of these manuals is very basic and very general ... in all , yesterday I would've taken off, and all back as usual , and do not know if I am or what, but they do not advance , between riverazos and mistakes not skewer anything, so do not know what to do now, what advice would give me ?? thanks and greetings !!

every single comment so far has been on point. There's information everywhere nowadays. Pick one specific aspect of the game and focus on it. Do you want to play Sng's? tourneys? cash games? once you decide that, figure out what part of your game needs the most work and research how to improve it then implement what you learned.
