Hi everyone, I'm jorhet, new poker player, future world champion xD
My uncle plays poker professionally and he taught me basics, but I wanna improve my skill and evolve.
So my question is about betting. What's the difference between positions, why some positions called "strong" and how to play better depending on size of bets that other players do?

Position is everything. The best position is always the dealer and the worst is small blind. Strong positions are those where you get to act last or at least be among the last ones to decide what to do after the flop. The reason for that is that you get to see what other players do before you. Are they being careful and check, do they still call your raise or even check/raise, did they already raise themselves etc. That is important information when you are trying to figure out what they are holding.

Being the last one to act also gives you a chance to control the pot size at least to a certain point. If you want to keep the pot small, you can only call their raise or check behind, and if you want to make the pot bigger, you can reraise or raise if they have checked.
