How does poker player manage schedule?

Just want to ask
any software to pop up automatically for
like this month have bunch of good games to play.

and it pops up when opening either one poker room...
all schedule get notified.

I am using Microsoft one notes but, think that the life and poker schedule begin to mix up....

any ideas, thank you in advance.

I don't know of anything like this. I tend to put upcoming tourneys and stuff into Outlook with reminders then they pop up in a daily schedule email and also pop up on my phone as reminders an hour or so before start. Also, a bit off the point this, but I also use HEM2 to monitor when it's profitable to play cash games (under reports Time-Hourly) to try and get it so that when there are tourneys coming that they coincide with the optimal time for playing cash games and then I multi table away.

Always i use my phone to remind me , cause i have already forgotten too many tournaments before ( tournament ticket won via satellite ).
Using outlook is a good idea if you are always on your computer othewise your phone is the best solution

I am using calendar in my phone sometimes I dont know If you can set some kind of software which will open poker software when some tournament is goint to start... But it would be very helpful. I also forget about tournaments sometimes.

I suggest to put reminder on phone and notes on PC's desktop.
