What kind of games are actually those multi table masters are actually playing?

Where can I find MTTs?

Are they the way to go?

Or is it multi tabling normal games for cash money?

Please enlighten me, I'm completely lost!

Back when there were a ton of sites you could play on (US player here), I'd bonus whore which was great to pad any losses and gravy for wins. If you could score a rakeback deal that's good too...same effect. Can't really do that anymore as a US player. Most of the money I've won has been tournament wins and grinding SNG's.

Volume and mindset is the key to success.

Volume because you will see that you need very certain spots to get chips.

Mindset because volume needs time and time needs discipline. Within that time you need to shield yourself with knowledge how to go through bad beats and variance

My wife always asks how can you play that many tables? Its actually pretty simple. I'm playing a low stake, full ring, TAG. This means it takes me about 1/2 a second to fold the trash and move to the next table. As posted by amadeusace, I'm playing a large volume of hands just waiting for premium hands. I really do this just so I don't get bored and tempted with marginal hands. At lower stakes, I don't run the risk of being outplayed. Pretty ABC poker.

I play mostly sng-s with 360 players but i also play the bigs or the hot but there is smaller chance to get ITM and almost impossible to get on final table so i reccommend SnG-s

2014 was my best MTT year after a long break from the game. I've made money in those MTTs by:

-making better decisions than my opponents, for the most part.
-running better than my opponents in key spots.
-not being afraid to take big risks.
-not being afraid to bubble. I didn't mincash often during my 2014 MTT run. I either didn't cash or I made it pretty deep, but never settled for just sneaking into the money.

well, i'm not sure if there is a way to make money on poker generally.
For me it's still just a gamble. One day You win another day You lose. Probably more often You lose than win.
Most important thing is to set rules for yourself, how much You can invest. How much You want to win. Always stay sharpminded, do remember that other players get nice cards too :)

bankroll management is what makes you succeed, not as much choosing what to play.

patience is a virtue on micro cash games and play many of them, you can't make a real fortune playing for cents, depending on your bankroll and your skill level higher stake can earn more, you have to be in it to win it, there are bigger prizes in mtts but usually against a larger field and a longer playing time
