I understand pot odds and the rule of 2 so know when that is a correct call or not,
and I use poker stove to determine which hands beat which and assume if it's 50.1% vs 49.9% then I should call, but what other factors do I need to know?

I play STT and MTT micros

Others I take into account are:
Position
Gap principle
equity esp at bubble
Set mining with pp

Probably some more by experience that I don't know the names for.

Anyway, are there other things I should take into consideration?
The aim is to only make +EV decisions. I still make the occasional donk play but I usually do that based on reads and table dynamics. I recently got called a donk for calling with J4off HU and beating A10. Yeah, it's a donk but I knew why I did it.

Your HU call with J4 o was not a donkish move if done "pre-flop" as long as the opponent was not betting BIG or went "all-in".
