Why do you want A10+ to fold when you have KK?
And do you think shoving preflop is going to get you the max value for your hand if you have 50+ BBs? I can understand if you have only 10 BBs, it's an easy shove.
As for OP, against 1 opponent, just c-bet the flop and you'll likely pick it up most of the time. If they call, you can re-evaluate the turn and possibly check-call small river bets.
Against multiple opponents, I think c-betting is still good as you will pick up the pot sometimes, but against a call or multiple callers, or if you face a 3bet on the flop, you're probably going to have let it go. Sucks, but that's how it is sometimes.
If anything, don't automatically be discouraged every time an ace hits the flop because it doesn't automatically mean your opponent is holding one.
