Copy your hand by highlighting the text and either left-mouse-clicking it (select copy) or once it's highlighted press Ctrl+C.
To see the previous hand, click "Previous" in the upper-left of the pokerstars table.

If you have HEM or Pokertracker you can look up the hands and copy them there.

I use the Stoxpoker hand history converter. Simply paste what you copied into the box by either right-mouse-clicking (and selecting "paste) or pushing Ctrl+V. Select your options, then click "convert."

Then you copy the converted hand (by highlighting it and copying it) and paste it into CardsChat.

I use this one. It works for all poker sites. http://www.pokerhandreplays.com/import.php
If you scroll down, you'll notice that you can check boxes to not display last or next to last actions, to anonymize players, etc. Now are you having problems even finding your hand history? They should be in Program Files, under Full Tilt etc, and then Hand History, then click on your screen name. Usually the files are stored in the order you played them. Every time you get moved to a new table, Full Tilt creates a new file. Don't know if others do the same. Copy a hand, and paste it in the box, very simple. Don't wait too long, or you'll never find the hand. Anything more specific just ask.
