Hey guys and girls I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how to improve on my game I play live 1 day a week and online most days I also love watching poker hoping it will help me get better but wen I play online it goes to fast to take it all in and wen I play live I don't concentrate on the table enough wen im out of a hand also I don't use the things ive learnt while on the table my mind seems to go blank. Ive seen loads of coaches offering courses which cost alot but do u think its worth trying 1? Much appreciate any feedback

To be better poker player, you need to have a lot of experience and experience you earn by playing. Play freeroll tourneys and practice. You don't have anything to lose, and when you won the first place several times, you will know that you are on good path. ;)

Coaching with a good player is great for your learning in poker. You will have unimaginable technical gains, as well as improving your poker thinking and hand reading.

PLAY PLAY PLAY and PLAY some more. I've been playing for years and years and half the time I still feel like the crappiest player in the world. It's like golf. You love it and want to quit it at the same time

The most important thing you have already done, decide to be a better player. Experience and dedication. When you lose, realize why you lost, where you failed, we all make mistakes, only some mistakes are more expensive than others. Have fun and dedicate time to study and improve your game dramatically

Play and play poker. And when you are just tired of playing and losing, then play some more. Nothing like losing to put you on the razors edge to winning.

I'm sure coaching can be very helpful, but read a book or two first. You'll get the most value out of a coach if you start with a good grasp of the basics of poker strategy.

Many players who have been playing for years don't know how to think about the game strategically.

Ed Miller's Getting Started in Hold'em is a good book for beginners. I am sure there are others.

Play a lot of freerolls and get training on sites in poker schools, and you'll be well reduced to playing and winning, and then you can play for good tournaments or cache games, good luck in training!
