How to become a better player?

Hi guys, I have been playing poker online for a few years now on and off.
But in all honesty I’m not very good and always seem to play until my money has gone. I never seem to know when to leave.


Can anyone give me some advice on how to become a better player.
EG strategy, books, learning materials etc.

My advice to any player looking to improve is to take more chances,widen the hands you play,you`ll make some silly plays along the way but you will gain experience,don`t be discouraged,and watch `better` players play.Joining Cardschat was a smooth move:top: Good luck and keep posting! :hello:

Lately from what I have been seeing, besides AA, KK, QQ, all other hands, especially suited work. Lost to hands like Q4 hearts, j3 clubs with Slansky premium hands and great position. I'm sure my thoughts and feelings are echoed by many.

Analyze your mistakes, think alot about the game and play many freerolls when you have enough time.

Spend lots of time on the tables. Try to remain sober and figure out the players... good luck.

I read a lot about poker and watch videos. I practice with my friends. I think it will help me in online gaming.

poker is not a casino, and in time to get out of here it does not work, you just call all-in with good ones and wait for the bluff and do not fall into the trap

It is all about Patience and discipline. If even you are above the average player pool you just need to follow the bankroll management rules by any how and you can not be in negative territory.
