I take time out.. just watch how others play. If situation seems hopeless then leave the table :)

Try to don't play if you're on tilt ;) forgot about the game for a while , and then come back :D and play on your game.
Well , when I started to play , and when I lost I was very nervous , and I didn't know how to control myself, but time by time I learned how to laughing , even when I losse.

Hi,the best way to avoid a tilt by a donk call is to give a 5 minutes brake .Stand up walk around the place drink water .You need to be calm and forget as soon as you can ,,,,otheerwise on tilt you may loose all your chips :|

Been there, constantly hahaha
That's a problem I'm trying to solve, analysing my all-in equity graphic on copilot I realized that I'm on really bad run, my equity value is way higher than the value that i actually got, that means that I had a series of bad beat, so I often I lose it, I'm trying to control myself more these days but it's not easy

Well , I have the same thing to deal with . I have some rules , like for example if I make a big mistake , I sit out for 1 min to relax/forget it and later come back and in the end I study why made that one so I won't repeat it again . If I don't do this step I won't play for two or more days (for discipline ) . If it's a bad beat and it's not my mistake , I just try to relax at once and forget it , if I can't I sit out for some time if possible . If it's a cashgame , on a badbeat , I don't buy-in again , I stop playing (I remember in the past once losing 9 buins in a row only just because I wanted to win-idiotic ) . Play with good phychology , listen to some relaxation music , eat drink sth , play when you're calmed down and always by the rules , strategy and BRM , don't fancy play , it's just cards :)

I try to remember that it is not the player that is playing bad. It's the game that gives them the hands and the luck to suckout. The most difficult part is trying not to take it personally. If you can detach yourself from the revenge mentality, tilting is much more difficult. I try to remember that you can't win everytime.

depends if I am to cash game I leave the table,if I play on tourney I choose to replay that hand so to see again my mistakes the bets ,my opponents etc but to avoid being in tilt , I think it's better to take a break .
