How do i Request time in full tilt and pokerstars

i see it all the time in the chat when it saids that this person has requested time

But I try to find out how but still no answer on it. I need this yesterday during a play table

Is it to stall longer than you always do as you posted in the other thread?

You must click on the TIME button before your normal time limit is up.

Although the time is yours to use as you wish.
