Yes, who you are playing with will not change your odds of hitting a hand at all, those are set in stone. However, your implied odds may change depending on how you think your opponents will draw to hands and pay you off if they don't get there, or what they will pay you off with when you're chasing and get there.

Is it easy to spot players that do not understand odds? What if i am at my local casino playing 1/2 no limit cash, do you guys have experience spotting people who don't know how to play?

It is extremely easy to spot people at the local casino that don't understand odds at 1/2. Usually all you have to do is open your eyes... Many people live don't understand the concept of not playing every single hand, let alone how to count their odds. I can't tell you how many times I've seen people call 5-10x raises preflop live and then take it to the river with crap like T4o...I know that guy knows not a thing about odds.
I was with a buddy last week and he was down to his last $25 on the button with 3 limpers in front of him, he has QJs so he just shoved(not saying I like his play per se here) and 2 limpers folded and the one goes, "Well, I have to call here, I have a King", he flips over K3o. Two 3's come on the flop and it's over but that's besides the point. To answer your question, yes it is VERY easy to spot them, just make sure you're not one of them.

Thanks for the advice. I'm pretty good with patience than most people and i play super tight. I like to watch people to see what they do so i can practice putting them on hands, and then when i'm ready and in position, i attack. I don't get to the casino as often as i wish. I guess it's not that hard to spot the fish or people that don't know how to play. One thing i see a lot is that when i am dealt my cards, i don't look at them until it's my turn and i focus on people in front of me. Most people look at their cards before it's their turn. I like it when the drunk people sit down too. Bottom line, i just need to play more to get the experience. Thanks again!
