I think the easier it will be to start with Hold'em. Omaha more combinations, more action. But if you try to Omaha and you like it, then with Hold'em you will not have difficulties. but mix them, I do not advise. still see that will be profitable for you. Good luck at the tables :)

It probably depends on your bankroll a bit too, omaha has much higher variance so you can have big downswings very easily so if you don't have good br management you could go bust. I personally think holdem is easier so if you're just starting that could be the better option.

I think Hold'em is probably the best to learn right away since its easier and you can always find a game no matter where you go.
But Omaha is super fun and definitely worth learning. I would never want to limit myself to just one game. Learning other games actually makes you a much better player overall.

Hold'em is certainly a simpler game and there will be many, many more times/places to play. For me, Omaha just adds some variety. There are two variants of Omaha - High (often simply referred to as Omaha), and High/Low (or OMHL). OMHL seems to attract more beginners since it 'seems' easy to play the low hand, while it is clearly more difficult to play the high, or ultimately the high and the low hands at the same time. You often see low winners losing money as they end up splitting the low half of the pot while the high winner gets the full share of the other half of the pot. This is probably where beginners have the most difficulty. You see them aggressively chasing the low hand (often still a draw) without a good high hand at all.

Hold'em is more common and easier to play. Start with her. After Hold'em easier to go to Omaha

Both of them are nice. Holdem is simpler, so I prefer it more
